Steel Scaffolding Screw Jack also have scaffolding U head Jack that is used in top side for scaffolding system, in order to support Beam. also be Adjustable. consist of screw bar, U head plate and nut. some also will be welded triangle bar to make U Head more stronger to support heavy load capacity.
U head jacks mostly use solid and hollow one, just usded in engineering construction scaffolding, bridge construction scaffolding,especially used with modular scaffoling system like ringlock scaffolding system, cuplock system, kwikstage scaffolding etc.
They are play the role of top and bottom support.

Octagonlock Scaffolding Standard
For standard pipe, mainly use 48.3mm diameter, 2.5mm or 3.25mm thickness;
For octagon disk, most choose 8mm or 10mm thickness with 8 holes for ledger connection, between them, the distance is 500mm from core to core. The outer sleeve will be welded on standard with one side. The other side of Standard will be punched one hole 12mm ,distance to pipe end 35mm. -

Scaffolding Toe Board
Scaffolding Toe board is made by pre-gavanized steel and it is also called skirting board, the height should be 150mm, 200mm or 210mm. And the role is that if an object falls or people fall, rolling down to the edge of the scaffolding, the toe board can be blocked to avoid falling from height. It help worker to keep safe when work on high building.
Mostly, our customers use two different toe board, one is steel , the other is wooden one. For steel one, size will be 200mm and 150mm width, For wooden one, most use 200mm width. No matter which size for toe board, the funtion is same but just consider the cost when use.
Our customer also use metal plank to be toe board thus they will not buy the special toe board and reduce projects cost.

Scaffolding Step Ladder steel Access Staircase
Scaffolding Step ladder usually we call staircase like the name is one of access ladders which produce by steel plank as steps. And welded with two pieces of rectangular pipe, then welded with hooks at two sides on the pipe.
Staircase use for modular scaffolding system such as ringlock systems, cuplock systeme. And scaffolding pipe & clamp systems and also frame scaffolding system, many scaffolding system can use step ladder to climb by height.
The step ladder size is not stable, we can produce according to your design, your vertical and horizontal distance. And it also can be one platform to support workers working and transfer place to up.
As a access parts for scaffolding system, steel step ladder play one important role. Normally width are 450mm, 500mm, 600mm, 800mm etc. The step will be made from metal plank or steel plate.
